我国大众对口腔保健用品市场管理评价的调查与分析 被引量:2

Investigation and Analysis on the Social Mass's Evaluation on Market Management of Oral Health Products in China

摘要 目的了解我国社会大众对口腔保健用品市场管理现状的认识,分析我国现有的口腔保健用品市场管理存在的问题和提出政策建议。方法设计社会大众对口腔保健用品市场管理认识和需求状况的调查问卷,采用分层抽样的方法,在全国15省(市)共确定42个区县调查点,每调查点调查50人;采用Visual Foxpro6.0进行数据录入,使用统计软件SPSS13.0进行数据分析。结果共调查2 100人,回收有效问卷1 752份,其中男性占47.66%、女性占52.34%。在被调查者中认为市场上的口腔保健用品存在功效不确切问题的占32.08%,认为存在行业法规体系不完善和媒体舆论监督和引导不善问题的分别占63.58%和72.55%。认为政府部门应该加强口腔保健用品行业监管和完善口腔保健用品行业法规体系的占40.24%。结论发现存在口腔保健用品功效不确切、政府监管和法规体系不完善等问题。提出加快口腔保健用品安全性和卫生标准的研究、加强保健用品的卫生监督管理等政策建议。 Objective To investigate the attitude of the social mass towards current market management of oral health products in China,to analyze the existing problems and make some suggestions.Methods Investigation questionnaire about the knowledge and need of the social mass in market management of oral health products was designed.42 investigation points at district and county level in 15 provinces and cities were chosen for survey by stratified sampling,with 50 respondents for each investigation point.Visual foxpro6.0 and SPSS13.0 was used to input and analyze the data.Results A total of 2,100 respondents were investigated and 1752 valid questionnaires were returned,47.66% from males and 52.34% from females.Among all respondents,32.08% thought that the efficacy of the oral health products in the market is not exact,and 63.58% thought the regulation system of the oral health products industry was not perfect.72.55% complained that the supervision and guide of public media were not effective enough.40.24% proposed that the government should strengthen supervision and management,improve the regulation system in the oral health products industry.Conclusions Inexact efficacy,insufficient government supervision and management,imperfect regulation system are the main complaints from the social mass towards the market management of oral health products.Study on the safety and health standards of oral health products should be sped up.Hygiene supervision and management on the health products should be enhanced.
