上海市徐汇区4～6岁学龄前儿童行为问题的现况调查

Survey on Current Status of Behavioral Problems Among Children Aged 4 to 6 Years in Xuhui District of Shanghai

目的描述上海市徐汇区4-6岁儿童行为问题发生现状,以更好地进行儿童心理卫生保健。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,使用Achenbach儿童行为量表对徐汇区2 830名4-6岁学龄前儿童进行问卷调查。结果上海市徐汇区2 830名4-6岁学龄前儿童行为问题总检出率为8.66%,其中男童为5.45%,女童为11.86%,男童前3位行为问题因子依次为攻击、抑郁及违纪,女童前3位行为问题因子依次为多动、分裂样及攻击。结论本次调查提示女童的行为问题检出率高于男童,且行为问题因子也以多动、攻击等为主。应不断加强儿童心理卫生保健工作,尤其是加强对女童的心理卫生保健。

Objective To describe the present situation of behavioral problems of children aged between 4 and 6 years in Xuhui District of Shanghai,and to better provide mental health care to children.Methods Totally 2,830 children aged between 4 and 6 years from Xuhui District were selected by random cluster sampling and surveyed by the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist.Results The overall detection rate of behavioral problems in the surveyed children was 8.66%,with the rates of 5.45% and 11.86% in the boys and girls,respectively.The first three behavioral problems in the boys were attack,depression and violating discipline,while the first three behavioral problems in the girls were hyperactivity,schizoidia and attack.Conclusions This survey suggests that the detection rate of behavioral problems of the girls is higher than that of the boys,and moreover,the major behavioral problems are hyperactivity and attack.We should continuously strengthen children＇s mental health care,especially for girls.
