Progress of Haploid Breeding in Maize

从花药培养、远缘杂交及遗传诱导等方面概述了玉米单倍体产生途径,介绍了单倍体的鉴定方法形态鉴别法和遗传标记法,阐述了其加倍方法,并分析了玉米单倍体育种技术存在的问题及应用前景。

The paper introduced the producing approaches of maize haploid from the aspects of anther culture, distant hybridization and genetic induction etc. The identification methods of maize haploid were introduced from two aspects, namely, form identification method and genetic markers method. And the doubling methods were discussed. Moreover, the disadvantages and perspective of haploid application were summarized.
