摘要
对700 MW级汽轮发电机的通风冷却系统进行了详细的分析,并指出通风冷却系统的若干设计特点。在工厂型式试验时,针对此发电机进行了通风试验研究。使用毕托管及专用接口测量发电机风扇前后、各风区及冷却器前后的压力,得到发电机各风区静压分布和总流量数据。试验数据与设计值的比较分析结果表明,试验值基本符合设计预期,与设计值偏差控制在合理范围内,通风冷却系统可以满足发电机的长期、可靠运行。
In this paper,the ventilation and cooling system of a 700 MW class turbine generator was described in detail,and the design features of the system were summarized.During site test of the generator,ventilation experiments were carried out.Pitot tubes were used to measure the pressures in frond of and behind the fan and the cooler,as well as in each inlet and outlet zones.The total flows and the static-pressure distributions in every zones of the generator were obtained.A comparative analysis showed the experimental results are in fairly good agreement with the design values,and the ventilation and cooling system can meet the requirements of long-time and safe operation of the turbo generator.
