This paper mainly presents a method of how to measure bit error code of low rate communication line through serial interface of computer.At the same time,the paper introduces a technique of how to use the software to replace hardware circuit.In practice, the technique can be widely used in the case of low rate data transfer and no real time system. It has many advantages, which are flexible implement, low cost and easy handling.
