随着网络公司在股市里的跌宕起伏,人们开始重新考虑互联网的发展问题。受国际大气候的影响,我国的互联网也开始进入了挤泡沫的阶段,本文就互联网的两大支柱ISP和ICP探讨了我国互联网发展的主要问题。
People began to reconsider how to develop Internet as Internet companies' stock index rises and falls in the stock market.China' s Internet development has also began to enter a foam shrinking period.The major issues of Internet development in China are analysed in respect to ISPs and ICPs.
