摘要
结合某台200MW机组大修后的启动振动故障处理过程,从理论上分析机组大修后启动过程中出现的振动现象,从而得出振动的根本原因为机组部分检修工序不合理,以及检修质量控制不严是机组启动不顺利的根本原因。通过纠正以上不合理部分,彻底解决了该机组的振动问题,确保大修后的顺利启动。提到的多种故障诊断的方法及相关调整措施,对机组的运行和维护有很好的实际参考价值和指导意义。
Combining with the analysis and dealing of a 200MW turbo-generator' s vibration after its overhaul, this paper provides analyses and disposal measurement of vibration fault theoretically, So incorrect working procedure and undemanding overhaul quantity control requirement contribute the vibration' s malfunction. By re-overhauling the rotor of turbine, the unit' s trouble was resolved absolutely. The fault diagnosis' s methods and its be good references for unit' s operation and maintain.
