摘要
试验用磁场淬火槽,其磁场强度值为236 363.6 A/m,已成功地用于磁场淬火工艺试验。在此基础上研发的ΦG300/1000型工业用磁场淬火装置6,年左右的使用表明,经该设备淬火的冷冲模具的使用寿命比经普通淬火的冷冲模具平均提高了0.5~2倍。
A experimental magnetic field quenching tank having magnetic field intensity of 236 363.6 A/m has been successfully applied to trial magnetic field quenching practice.On the basis of this,commercial G300/1000 type magnetic field quenching device was developed and applied for about 6 years.The practice shows that average service life of cold stamping dies subjected to the magnetic field quenching is 1.5 to 3 times as large as the those subjected to conventional quenching.
