摘要
用红外分析仪检测球墨铸铁中碳、硫含量的试样制备方法有多种,其中切割成块状试样的取样方法具有无游离石墨脱离等优点。试验表明,以2.0 g钨粒作助熔剂,称样量为0.25(±0.05)g,采用切割的块状试样检测碳、硫含量,准确度高,重现性好,因此这种取样方法适合于检测球墨铸铁碳、硫含量的试样。
Several sampling methods are acceptable for specimen to detect carbon and sulfur contents in nodular cast iron with an infrared analyzer,and the cutting blocky specimen method has advantage of no free graphite peeling off and so on.The investigation shows that detecting carbon and sulfur contents using cut blocky specimen weighing 0.25(±0.05)g and 2.0 g of tungsten particle as fusing agent can obtain accurate and reproduceable results.Consequently,this sampling method is suitable for specimen to detect carbon and sulfur contents in nodular cast iron.
