激素组合与水解蛋白对番茄花药愈伤增殖的影响

Effects of Casein Hydrolysate,Lactoalbumin Hydrolysate and Hormones Combination on Tomato Anther Callus Propagation

摘要 以4个番茄F1杂交种(C1、C2、C8、C10)和1个番茄纯系(2052)花药培养的愈伤组织为材料,研究了不同激素组合对愈伤组织增殖的影响,以及不同浓度水解酪蛋白(CH)和水解乳蛋白(LH)对愈伤组织增殖的影响。结果表明:MS(NLN)+1.00mg/L IAA+1.00mg/L 6-BA+30g/L蔗糖和MS(NLN)+0.50mg/L NAA+0.50mg/L KT+30g/L蔗糖这2种激素组合的培养基中愈伤组织生长最快,其中材料C8的增殖系数最高达0.61;愈伤组织增殖最适浓度为5.00g/L CH和0.50g/L LH,且在5个材料中C8愈伤增殖系数最大,分别为1.00和0.91。 Four F1 hybrids(C1,C2,C8,C10) and one inbred line(2052) were used to investigate the effect of different kinds of hormones combination,different concentration of Casein Hydrolysate(CH) and Lactoalbumin Hydrolysate(LH) on callus propagation.The results showed that the optimum mediums for callus propagation were MS(NLN) + 1.00 mg/L IAA + 1.00 mg/L 6-BA + 30 g/L sugar and MS(NLN) + 0.50 mg/L NAA + 0.50 mg/L KT + 30 g/L sugar,and the highest propagation index was 0.61 in C8.The preferred concentrations for callus propagation were 5.00 g/L of CH and 0.50 g/L of LH.The propagation index in C8 were 1.00 and 0.91,respectively.
