摘要
以WXCAT43-TG3#001 transmissive型a-SiTFT-LCD液晶显示为模块,重点研究了基于ARM9T的S3C2440A处理器控制TFT触摸屏式液晶显示器的整体设计。文中主要研究了WXCAT43-TG3#001的LCD相关参数如何设置,并进行了详细分析。根据该液晶显示屏的特点设计了与S3C2440连接的显示电路,该电路利用MX629组成的DC-DC升压电路提供液晶屏背光LED驱动,其目的是可以利用S3C2440A的GPF4脚控制背光LED,使其在设备休眠状态,及时关闭LCD,达到节能的目的。然后对触摸屏的原理进行了阐述,特别对其工作原理进行了详细研究,并对其参数进行了相应设置。
Using a-SiTFF-LCD of WXCAT43-TG3#001 transmissive for a module, an overall design about TFF-LCD with touch panel based on S3C2440A processor of ARM9T. WXCAT43-TG3#001 related parameters setting is introduced and detailed analyzed in this paper. A display circuit connecting with S3C2440 is designed according to the characteristics of LCD. The circuit provides LCD backlight LED drive utilizing DC-DC boost circuit composed of MX629. Its purpose is to use the GPF4 foot control LED backlighting of S3C2440A so that turn off the LCD in time when the equipment is in sleep state. So it can achieve the goal of energy saving. The principle of the touch panel is also discussed. Especially the working principle of touch panel is studied and the corresponding parameters are set.
