本文根据几例对进口元器件进行失效分析、试验和检测的结果，讨论了当前国内部分整机单位在购买进口元器件时，可靠性方面存在的一些问题，并提出了一些改进方法和建议。

This paper pointed out the reliability problems that existing in the imported components according to the results of failure analysis and inspections, and gave the suggestions and improvements.
