摘要
以驾驶室顶盖作为样件进行三维扫描,经点云整理后可得到制模所需的产品数模,以此设计、制造模具,最后生产出与原产品相同的成品,使用多年的驾驶室模具出现局部位置的磨损,产品尺寸和形状精度局部超差,以这种状况的工件作为样件制作数模、模具及产品,最终拼装出合格的驾驶室。
As a sample, the cab roof panel was carried out 3D scanning and arranging by point cloud, the product model was obtained. Based on above, the die was designed and manufactured. Further, final product who was same to the original product was finished. The die of cab used many years has had the wear in some spots, and the dimension and shape precision of the product has had the tolerance on the parts. The model, die and product was made by such workpiece. Farrally, qualified cab was assembled.
