摘要
利用CHNS2006中的成年人数据,运用Oaxaca—Blinder分解方法,对男女工资收入分解后的系数差异进行了经验检验。研究结果表明:提高女性受教育程度可以确实有效地降低劳动力市场上的性别歧视。
It is useful to explain the phenomenon which more and more women choose to accept higher education level,meaningwhile it is unnoticeable of discrimination between men and women.So,with the adult data of CHNS 2006,this paper uses the method of Oaxaca-Blinder and test the significance coefficient difference by dividing the wage gap between men and women.The result denotes that : women will ellivaite the degree of discrimination through attain higher education level.
