摘要
由于在开发井工程实施过程中,存在着开发井监督职责不明确、监督制度不完善等问题,所以,提出了相应地改进建议,对提高开发井的录井质量、钻井安全、钻井施工质量有积极意义。
In the construction of development well projects there exist some problems like the unclear supervision duty of development wells,and the imperfection of supervision system.Therefore,some corresponding improving suggestions are offered,which shows some positive significance in improving the logging quality,drilling safety and drilling construction quality of development wells.
