该文综合分析地下管线的事故特点,查找地下管线事故隐患,结合典型事故案例分析对地下管线事故原因进行初步分析,在此基础上对地下管线事故的影响因素进行研究,并提出事故预防措施和处置对策,对地下管线安全管理工作进行探讨。

Accident and hidden danger of underground pipeline are summarized. Combined with preliminary analysis of the cause of typical underground pipeline accidents, influence factors of underground pipeline accident are deeply studied. Some countermeasures for prevention and treatment are put forward, then the safety management work of underground pipeline is probed.
