摘要
目的探索情商提升对医学贫困生人际交往心理障碍的干预效果,为高校心理健康教育工作提供可行的干预策略。方法采用情商理论与情境体验训练模式,对95名不同程度、不同类型交往心理障碍的某医学院校贫困生实施8周系统情商教育。结果贫困生情商总分及各维度均分明显提升(P值均<0.01),交往心理均分下降(t=4.095,P<0.01),贫困个体存有的孤独(t=3.506,P<0.01)、交往自卑(t=4.806,P<0.01)、羞怯(t=8.573,P<0.01)及交往焦虑(t=4.862,P<0.01)等心理障碍的程度明显改善。结论情商教育能有效弱化或消除贫困生个体人际交往中种种心理障碍的困扰,促进贫困个体的人际和谐和消极心态的修复。
Objective To explore EQ education in medical students" interpersonal psychological intervention effect. Methods The emo- tion quotient theory and situational experience EQ training mode, on 95 different types or degrees of poor students with mental disorders in the imple- mentation of 8 weeks" system atical EQ education. Results The total score and the score of the each dimension enhanced obviously ( P〈0.01 1 ,but the average score of communication was decreased ( t = 3. 506, P〈0. O1 ) , communication inferiority ( t = 4. 806, P〈0.01 ) , shyness ( t = 8. 573, P〈0.01 ) and communication anxiety ( t = 4. 862,P〈0.01 ). Conclusion EQ education can eliminate impoverished students" interpersonal psychological dis- orders, and promote poor individual interpersonal and the negative attitude of reoair.
