摘要
目的探讨青少年早期生活事件的发展变化状况以及性别差异,为初中生心理健康发展提供依据。方法随机抽取南京市3所中学的598名初中生为对象,从初一开始进行生活事件的3 a追踪研究。结果生活事件及其学习压力和人际关系维度得分在3 a中均有所上升。男生生活事件和人际关系没有显著的时间主效应;女生生活事件和人际关系的时间主效应显著,且在初二时开始显著增加。男生的学习压力在初三时开始显著增加,而女生的学习压力在初二就开始显著增加。结论初中阶段青少年的生活事件存在显著的变化趋势及性别差异。
Objective To explore the development and gender difference of the life events in early adolescents, and to provide evidence for their mental health development. Methods Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check List was investigated for a total of 598 students from 3 seconda- ry schools from grade 1 to grade 3 in Nanjing and was compared by repeated measures analysis of variance. Results The scores in life event scale, studying pressure and interpersonal relationship all increased during the three years. There was no significant difference in life event and interpersonal relationship for boys during the three years, while life event and interpersonal relationship for girls significantl increased from grade 2. The studying pressure significantly increased in grade 3 for boys and in grade 2 for girls. Conclusion Early adolescents show a significant gender difference in dy- namics of life events and its two dimensions.
