槐定碱抑制人胃癌细胞株SGC7901增殖的实验研究

Sophoridine Inhibited Prolifeeration of Gastric Cancer Cells SGC7901

目的观察槐定碱对人胃癌细胞株SGC7901增殖的影响。方法应用不同浓度槐定碱作用于体外培养的人胃癌细胞株SGC7901,分别用倒置显微镜观察各组细胞形态学改变,MTT法检测SGC7901细胞吸光度及生长抑制率。结果不同浓度的槐底碱与阴性对照组比较,细胞生长明显受到抑制(P<0.05),抑制率3.6%-72.1%。随着槐定碱浓度的增加,SGC7901存活细胞显著减少,呈明显的剂量依赖性。结论槐定碱能显著抑制人胃癌细胞株SGC7901细胞增殖。

Objective To observe the effect of Sophoridine on Gastric Cancer Cells SGC7901.Methods Gastric Cancer Cells SGC7901 cultivated in virto,were randomly divided into two groups ：untreated control groups and different concentration of Sophoridine group.And then,the changes of cell morphology were observed by inverted microscope,the proliferation of SGC7901 were measured by the method of MTT.Results After treatment with different concentrations,Sophordine reversed its effect on SGC7901significantly（P0.05）.The inhibitory rates of Sophordine on SGC7901 cells were from 3.6 % to 72.1%.The higher concentration,the greater inhibitory effect of sophordine on SGC7901.Conclution Sophordine can inhibit the proliferation of Gastric Cancer Cells SGC7901.
