化痰祛瘀片对稳定性冠心病患者外周血中血管内皮祖细胞及血脂的影响

Effect of Huatan Quyu Tablet in Treating Coronary Artery Patients of Circulating Vascular Endothelial Progenitor Cells

目的观察中西医结合治疗中化痰祛瘀片对冠心病患者外周血中血管内皮祖细胞及血脂水平的影响。方法选择冠心病(CHD)患者100例,分为中西医结合治疗组55例和西药对照组45例,治疗8周后用全自动生化分析仪检测患者血脂水平,流式细胞仪检测患者外周血中血管内皮祖细胞(EPCs)频率。结果对照组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平无明显降低(P>0.05),外周血中EPCs频率频率差异无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低,外周血中EPCs频率明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论化痰祛瘀片可以有效降低冠心病患者TC、LDL-C及TG水平,升高外周血中EPCs频率,对减少心血管事件的发生起着重要的作用。

Objective To invertigate the effect of Huatan Quyu tablets in treating coronary artery patients of circulating vascular endothelial progenitor cells.Methods Eighty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomized to receiving Huatan Quyu tablets with western medicine and western medicine for 8 weeks.The cholesterollevels and frequency of EPCs were evaluated at the end of the trial.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,Huatan Quyu tablets with western medicine group had significant decrease in TC、 TG and LDL-C and increase in frequency of circulating EPCs as compared with the control group（P0.01 compared with those before treatment）.Conclution Huatan Quyu tablets can effectly increase the frequency of circulating EPCs in patients with stable coronary artery disease,accompanied by reducing the blood lipid levels.Rosuvastatin has pleiotropic function in the regression of coronary aretery disease.
