电针结合药物对高血压病患者血浆NT浓度的影响

Effect of Electro-acupuncture Combined Drugs on Blood Plasma Concentration of NT for Essential Hypertension Patients

目的观察电针结合药物对原发性高血压病(EH)患者血压变化以及血浆神经降压素(NT)浓度的影响。方法给予结合组EH患者48例电针结合药物治疗,对照组40例单纯西药治疗。15 d疗程结束后进行临床疗效评定,并比较治疗前后血浆NT浓度的变化。结果结合组和对照组治疗前后血浆NT浓度比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);SBP、DBP明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后结合组明显优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论电针曲池穴加药物治疗对原发性高血压患者有明显疗效。

Objective By observing the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined drugs（combination group）on blood pressure and blood plasma NT of the patient of essential hypertension（EH）,and comparing to clinical routine antihypertensive drug Nicardipine（drug group）.Methods The patient of EH（n=48）that met inclusion criteria was given electroacupuncture combined with drug treatment,after treatment for clinical efficacy evaluation;compared the changes of before and after treatment in plasma concentrations of NT,and with the drug control group（n=40）.Results There were significant variation in the plasma concentration of NT before and after the treatment in the two groups（P0.01）;After the treatment,the plasma concentration of NT in the two groups were significant variation（P0.05）.Conclution EA at Quchi is able to beneficially regulate blood plasma concentration of NT for patients with EH.
