摘要
目的观察帕金森病(PD)大鼠线粒体跨膜电位的变化及电针对其的影响。方法用六羟基多巴胺(6-OH DA)毁损中脑右侧黑质,使大鼠产生向健侧的旋转运动。电针模型大鼠太冲、风府两穴,检测大鼠线粒体跨膜电位的变化。结果模型组线粒体跨膜电位低于正常组(P<0.01),且损毁侧(右脑)低于健侧(左脑)(P<0.01);电针组线粒体跨膜电位高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论电针可改善帕金森病大鼠的旋转行为,提高帕金森氏病模型大鼠线粒体跨膜电位。
Objective To observe effect of electroacupuncture on substantia nigra mitochondrial tansmembrane potential of PD Rats.Methods Destroy the right side of the midbrain substantia nigra of rats to make them rotate to contralateral with 6-OH DA.Andabserve the effect of electroacupuncture on substantia nigra mitochondrial transmenmbrane potential of PD Rats.Results The mitochondrial membrane potential of model group was lower than electroacupuncture group(P0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve the rotation behavior of rats with Parkinson's disease,and increase transmembrane potential of mitochondrial.
