摘要
目的建立鄂东山药中总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法选用薯蓣皂苷元为对照品,采用分光光度法,高氯酸显色,在410 nm处测定吸光度,计算鄂东山药中总皂苷含量。结果薯蓣皂苷元在5.92-29.60μg/mL的浓度范围内与吸光度值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),方法的平均回收率为97.32%,RSD为1.42%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于鄂东山药药材的质量控制。
Objective To study the assay method of total saponins in Rhizoma dioscoreae from Edong.Methods Selecte diosgenin as control article,colorate with perchloric acid,and determine absorbability in the point of 410 nm by adopting spectrophotometric method,then calculate total saponins in Rhizoma dioscoreae from Edong.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.92-29.60 μg/mL with the correlation of 0.9994.The average recoveries of diosgenin was 97.32%,RSD=1.42%(n=6).Conclution The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It can be applied to the quality control of Rhizoma dioscoreae from Edong.
