摘要
在分析注塑模模架结构特征的基础上,根据新版国家塑料注射模模架技术标准GB/T12555-2006,利用Pro/E自身的族表功能,通过建立三维实体模型、定义模架设计参数、设置参数间关系、建立族表等几个关键部分,完成了对注塑模三维标准模架库的建立,最后通过表格驱动实现了对三维实体模架模型的快速调用。事实证明,该系统操作简便,可满足产品三维模型快速生成的要求,大大提高了模具设计效率,缩短了模具的开发周期,具有很高的实用价值。
Based on the analysis of the structural feature of the mold base of injection mould and new specification of in- jection mold base for plastics named GB/T12555-2006, this paper used the design method of family table of Pro/E to estab-lish the three-dimensional parameterized standard mold base library by establishing the three-dimension solid model, setting the parametric relationship, establishing family table. Finally, through the table driven technique, mold frame models were easy to invoke. This system is user-friendly controlled by practice, which could meet the requirements of fast generation, meanwhile, it enhances the efficiency of mold design significantly, reduces mould developing period and has practical value.
