聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法鉴别紫花前胡与白花前胡及其伪品 被引量:7

摘要 目的对紫花前胡的根及白花前胡的根及其伪品进行鉴定。方法采用SDS-PAGE对紫花前胡的根及白花前胡的根及其伪品进行鉴别。结果两者的根及其伪品的根都有明显不同,因此可以确定两者及其伪品之间有明显差别。结论该电泳方法可作为紫花前胡和白花前胡优质种质资源及其伪品的鉴别依据之一。 Objective To identify the root of Purple Peucedanum,Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn and their counterfeit goods.Methods The SDS-PAGE is used to identify the root of Purple Peucedanum,Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn and their counterfeit goods for analysis.Results The results show clearly that theve are many differences between the root of Purple Peucedanum,Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn and their of counterfeit goods,so you can determine that there are significant differences between the root of Purple Peucedanum,Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn and their counterfeit goods.Conclution The SDS-PAGE can be used as one of the basis identifications to identify the high quality of Purple Peucedanum,Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn and their counterfeit goods.
