高效液相色谱法测定芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷的含量

Determination of Aloin in LuHui Capsules by HPLC

目的制定芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Phenomenex Luna C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为355 nm。结果芦荟苷在0.0760-1.215μg(r=0.99998)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.1%,RSD=1.1%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、可靠、重复性好,可作为芦荟胶囊的含量控制方法。

Objective Toestablish a method for the content determination of Aloin in Luhui Capsules.Methods The content of Aloin was detected by HPLC.The operating conditions were Phenomenex Lune G8（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（25∶ 75）.The dection wavelength was at 355 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 35℃.Results The linear ranges was obtained between 0.0760-1.215 μg（r=0.99998） of Aloth.The coverage recovery rate was 101.1% respectively with corresponding RSD of 1.1%.Conclusion The method is hypersensitized,accurate,reliable with good reproducibilty.which can be used for the content determination of Alosn in LuHui Capsules.
