管道机械式连接装置的设计

摘要 随着海洋石油开采的不断深入,应用管道无焊缝连接技术,在海底连接管道时,不需要干式焊接舱,直接操作,具有速度快、方便安装和安全可靠等特点。通过综合考虑管道受内压和外压的因素,研制了1套结构简单、使用方便的无焊缝机械连接方式的设计方案,完成了相应零件的三维设计,管道机械结构的组装,并对管道受力做了有限元分析,对螺栓和管道截面做了相应的强度校核。所设计的机械式连接器包括外筒、楔形结构、密封圈等机构。 With the rapid development of undersea-pipeline exploitation, the pipeline none-welding connected technology can have no use for dry welding cabin, direct manipulation, which are not only fast and convenient, but also safe. Consider-ing the inner and outer press, we have come up with a mechanical none-welding pipe laying, connection device, which is simple in structure, convenient to handle, and low in cost. What's more, we have finished the three-dimensional design of the device, the install of the pipeline structure, the finite element analysis, the strength check of the bolt and pipeline sec-tion. Our design of the mechanical connector involves the outer tube, wedge-shaped structure, and the seal ring.
