基于组合净化技术的冷水直饮机的研制

摘要 针对普通自来水很难满足直接饮用的卫生标准,研制一款基于组合净化技术的冷水直饮机,可满足特殊人员及动物对洁净冷水的饮用需求。整机采用了活性炭吸附、膜分离技术和光氧化技术,结合高效环保的制冷技术及智能电子控制技术。设计过程采用三维CAD/CAE软件SolidWorks,可将普通自来水进行净化并降温处理,储水量大,且水量自动控制,水温数字调节并可实时显示,出水水质符合国家生活饮用水卫生标准。经试验验证,整机结构合理、运行可靠、操作方便。 In order to solve the problems that the tap water is out of the standards for drinking, a sort of cold-drink ma-chine based on a combination of purification technology was introduced, it can meet special person and animal needs for drinking clean and cold water. Activated carbon adsorption, membrane separation technology and photo-oxidation technolo-gy were used combined with efficient refrigeration technology and intelligent electronic control technology to purify ordinary tap water and cool it. The machine was designed with the CAD/CAE software SolidWorks, and the water capability is large and can be controlled automatically. The water temperature can be numerically set and displayed all the time. The water quality is in line with national standards for drinking water with the machine characteristic of reasonable structure, reliable operation and high degree of automation.
