摘要
工件在进行热处理时产生的表面脆性一直是困扰热处理工作者的主要问题,而且不同热处理工艺方案产生脆性的原因不同。从工件在渗氮/氮碳共渗时表面是否渗入了氢元素和工件表面相组织成分等方面,分析工件表面脆性产生的原因,针对成因提出了减轻工件表面脆性的有效措施。
This article analyzed the reasons of brittleness of workpiece surface, which may have relations with whether the elements of hydrogen penetrated into the surface and other parts such as the phase composition of surface when the workpiece was oozed in the nitriding/nitrocarburizing. Aimed at the reasons of causing, the article put forward to reduce the effective measures of nitriding workpiece surface brittleness.
