摘要
通过对机床结构形式、运动过程中基础件的变形、传动系统结构形式产生误差的分析,提出了提高数控电火花成形机床制造精度与精度保持技术的方法,同时给出了降低机床动态精度误差的几点措施。
Precision CNC SEDM is one of the most important equipments in precision special processing technology. The research of high precision CNC SEDM is crucial for the overall promotion of special processing machine. By analyzing the machine structure, the deformation of basic parts in the machining process, and the error of transmission system, this paper proposed the measures to improve manufacturing precision and precision retaining ability of SEDM. Meanwhile the measures to reduce dynamic accuracy machine tool errors and the empirical data of error compensation in the process of machine tools were presented.
