摘要
采用有限元法分析并计算插切加工外齿轮时齿根危险截面位置以及齿形系数。讨论了齿轮的参数以及插齿刀齿数、变位系数和齿顶圆圆角半径对插切外齿轮齿形系数的影响,并绘制了变化曲线,为齿轮的设计和计算提供了一定的参考。
This paper,with the finite element method, calculated the slotting external gear's root danger section and tooth shape coefficient, discussed the effect of gear parameters, slotting cutter tooth number, shift coefficient and addendum rounded corner radius for slotting external gear's tooth shape coefficient, and protracted engineering drawing in order to provide reference for gear design.
