低氧性肺动脉高压的电生理学研究 被引量:2

摘要 急性低氧引起肺血管收缩,慢性低氧造成肺血管结构改变如动脉血管中层肥厚。导致这些改变的机制包括电生理学和药理学两个方面,在调节肺动脉血管收缩和肺动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖上除了肺血管舒缩物质的调节作用外,离子通道也扮演了十分重要的角色。本文探讨了低氧性肺血管收缩的电生理学研究进展,主要集中在离子通道在低氧性肺动脉高压中的作用机制,尤其是急性和慢性低氧对K+和Ca2+通道的影响。
