硒对油菜镉中毒缓解作用的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用盆栽试验模拟污水灌溉的方式,研究了油菜在镉污染情况下,施用硒做缓解剂对油菜生物量、镉蓄积量及土壤滞留量的影响。结果表明:硒对油菜镉污染具有一定的缓解作用。对照空白试验组,低浓度镉浇灌的油菜生长情况较好,高浓度镉浇灌油菜生长情况较差;随着镉溶液浓度的增大,土壤及油菜中镉含量均随之增大;在一定范围内,随着缓解剂硒浓度的增大,油菜镉中毒的减缓效果逐渐提高,而土壤中镉积蓄程度变化不明显,当硒的浓度为0.5 mg/L时,油菜体内镉含量较对照分别下降28.05%(低镉)和31.09%(高镉)。 In the pot cadmium pollution to rape, experiment, the simulation of sewage irrigation was carried out to study the and the application effect of selenium as alleviant on rape biomass and cadmium accumulation in rape and soil. The results showed that the pollution of cadmium to rape could be alleviated to a certain degree by selenium. Compared to the check, the rape grew better when irrigated with low concentration of cadmium, but grew the worst when irrigated with high concentration of cadmium. The cadmium content in soil and rape increased with the increasing of cadmium concentration. Within a certain range, the alleviation effect on cadmium pollution to rape improved with the increase of selenium content, while that to soil did not change significantly. When the concentration of selenium was 0. 5 mg/L, the cadmium content in rape decreased by 28.05% (low Cd) and 31.09% (high Cd) respectively.
