纤维素酶和甘露聚糖酶对椰子粕消化率的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 试验采用单因子试验设计,选用纤维素酶和甘露聚糖酶,每种酶设3个水平,每个水平4个重复,研究纤维素酶和甘露聚糖酶对椰子粕消化率的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,纤维素酶对椰子粕干物质、蛋白质消化率分别提高了23.72%~35.30%、31.16%~34.65%;纤维素酶添加量为10 000 U/kg时,干物质、蛋白质消化率改善效果相对最佳,分别为35.30%、34.14%。15 000和1 000 000 U/kg添加量的甘露聚糖酶组,与对照组相比,分别提高了3.46%和1.11%;与对照组相比,甘露聚糖酶对椰子粕蛋白消化率都有明显提高效果(22.52%~29.80%);甘露聚糖酶添加量为15 000 U/kg时,干物质、蛋白质消化率分别提高3.46%、28.09%。结果显示,本试验条件下,纤维素酶和甘露聚糖酶均可以改善椰子粕中干物质和蛋白质的消化率,纤维素酶、甘露聚糖的最适添加量分别为10 000、15 000 U/kg,并且纤维素酶对椰子粕中干物质和蛋白质的消化率略高于甘露聚糖酶。
