摘要
以Delphi为软件开发环境和平台,设计了激光雕刻系统的上位机软件,实现了矢量图数据信息的转换并配合激光控制卡来实现图案的雕刻,系统支持AutoCAD、CorelDRAW等专业绘图软件绘制出来的矢量图格式如PLT、Dxf文件的雕刻。系统较传统的机床加工速度更快,且操作简单、控制方便、控制精度更高。
Based on the Delphi development, the PC software of laser carving system is designed. It can con- vert the vector file data to control signal, coordinate with the laser control to achieve the graphic carving. The system supports file formats such as PLT, Dxf, et al. Compared with traditional machine processing, it has the advantages of high speed, simple operation, easy control and high accuracy.
