对东莞市积分制入户政策导向的研究与思考

Research on the Integral System of Home Policy Orientation in Dongguan

东莞市提出经济社会双转型的任务,转型的关键在于人才。积分制入户政策对人才的引进具有导向功能。通过介绍积分制入户政策目前执行的效果,并探讨这种效果与东莞作为造业名城引入人力资源需求之间的差距,以分析这种差距产生的原因及这一政策在执行中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了相应的改进建议。

Dongguan city puts forward the task of economic and social transformation,which mainly lies in the talents.The Integral system of home policy has the oriented function of the introduction of talents.By introducing the current effect of the Integral system of home policy,and discussing the gap between the effect and human resources needs of Dongguan as a famous manufactory city,this paper analyses the causes of the gap and the main problems in the implementation of the policy.On the basis,we put forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement.
