温州的非公有制经济起步早,在地区经济社会生活中占据重要地位,是全国发达地区之一。温州较早开展非公有制企业党建工作,在实践中不断开拓创新,在全国处于领先水平。温州非公有制企业党建工作经历了探索试点、全面实践、进一步扩大影响和提升水平四个阶段。通过回顾这一过程,文章总结了温州开展非公有制企业党建工作的宝贵经验,并指出了进一步提升工作水平需要明确非公有制企业党组织的定位。

Non-public economy in Wenzhou early start,and occupies an important position in the economic and social life of the region,and is one of the regions developed.Wenzhou carries out party-building work in non-public enterprises earlier,and insist to continuous innovation in practice and is in a leading level in the country.Wenzhou＇s party-building work in private enterprises experiences four stages： exploring and piloting,a comprehensive practice,further expanding its influence and improving the level.By reviewing this process,the article summarizes the valuable work experiences about party-building work in non-public enterprises in Wenzhou and points out that having a clear position in non-public enterprise is necessary for the party to further enhancing the level of work.
