摘要
微量元素在动物体内参与许多重要的生命活动,本文采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定笼养水貂内脏(心、肝、脾、肺、肾)中微量元素Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn的含量,与文献中测定野生水貂内脏微量元素含量进行比较,对研究水貂的生长过程及生长状况有重要意义。此法简便,可靠,具有良好的精确度和准确性。
Trace elements in animal body are involved in many important life activities. In the paper, the microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometric was used to detect Cn, Fe, Zn and Mn concentration in heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney of healthy adult domestic mink, and the results were compared with wild mink which had been reported by the other researchers. These results will play important signif- icance on mink growth process and growth status. The method is simple, reliable, and has good precision and accuracy.
