摘要
针对兖矿集团原铝用阳极沥青配料系统事故率高和出现问题解决时间长的情况,进行了深入探讨和研究,在原系统基础上进行双回路改造,实现了一用一备及瞬时切换,既解决了因事故影响阳极生产的问题,又给事故处理提供了充足时间,大大稳定了生阳极生产。
The problems exited in the pitch batching system in Yankuang Group Keao Company Electrolytic Aluminium Plant were analyzed. In the original system, two-loop feeding system was adopted, which can switch in each time between the original system and standby system, and could be helpful to stabilize the anode production.
