四川省竞技体育发展研究——基于第十、十一届全运会的数据分析

Development of Competitive Sports in Sichuan Province——An analysis based on the data of the 10th and 11th National Games

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较分析法对四川省在第十届、十一届全运会周期阶段竞技体育发展现状与对策进行系统分析后得出:当前四川省竞技体育发展中存在的主要问题是欠缺长远战略规划,同时还存在着组织体系配套机制不够完善,教练员队伍能力素质偏弱,体育科技保障功能欠缺;四川省竞技体育需要尽快完成项目设置调整工作,确定优势项目、重点发展项目、保障性发展项目和一般性发展项目,以此影响各市(区)对运动项目设置与发展的方向。

By using literature material,expert interviews and comparative analysis,the paper analyzes the development situation and countermeasures of competitive sports in Sichuan between the cycle of the 10th and 11th National Games,with the result indicating that the main problem in the present development of competitive sports in Sichuan is the lack of long-range strategic plans accompanied by the imperfect mechanism of organization system,the poor quality on the part the instructors and the unsatisfactory guarantee in terms of sports science and technology.We should complete the readjustment of event design of Sichuan competitive sports as soon as possible and determine the strong events,key events and subsidized events so as to guide the design and development direction of sports events in different cities and areas in Sichuan Province.
