摘要 综述了新能源汽车的发展现状。针对新的传动原理,论述了新能源汽车所需的变速器的结构形式,并提出了亟待解决的三大主要问题。针对目前存在的主要问题,提出了可能的解决方案,主要为压铸工艺优化计算以减少变形和常规缺陷;以高硅铝合金为基本体系并对合金成分进行优化以解决传统铝合金硬度较低的问题;采用微弧氧化方法对内齿轮进行局部强化以进一步提高硬度及耐磨性,最终提高齿轮的坯料寿命。 The current development of new energy vehicles was reviewed firstly in this paper.Aiming at the structure of transmission to be used in new energy vehicles based on novel transmission principle,three major problems were summarized.Furthermore,the possible solutions were proposed.Firstly,die casting process was computed and optimized to reduce the deformation and conventional defects.Secondly,high-silicon aluminum alloy with optimized alloy composition was developed to improve the hardness of traditional aluminum alloys.Finally,the internal gear was partially strengthened by micro-arc oxidation method(MAO) to promote its hardness and the abrasive resistance.Thus,the life of gear blank was ultimately prolonged.
