摘要
为了满足高速大负载气缸在行程过程中多个中间停止位置制动时缓冲的要求,设计了实验平台及控制平台,通过分别对实验数据进行指数函数及幂函数模型的拟合回归及对比,获得了气缸行程中间停止位置与缓冲起始点位移及负载质量之间的关系。验证明,运用该关系式能有效控制气缸行程中间位置缓冲,减小对中间位置工作点的冲击。
To meet the requirements of the intermediate position cushion of the high-speed and heavy-load pneumatic cylinder,the experimental and control platforms are established.A exponential function and a power function model are respectively presented by fitting experimental data,and they are compared.The formula about intermediate position of the cylinder with starting displacement of the cushion and the quality of the load is obtained.It is proved by the experiment that this formula can be used to control the intermediate position cushion of the cylinder effectively,and reduce the impact of working position greatly.
