摘要
车用压缩天然气无缝钢瓶作为汽车动力燃料的盛装容器,是清洁能源型汽车必不可少的一部分,它的制造生产将促进以气代油作为车用燃料的发展。通过对CNG20-80-279A车用压缩天然气钢制无缝气瓶进行受力分析和设计计算,确定了瓶体筒身厚度、底部中心厚度、筒身长度等结构参数,并利用ANSYS软件对钢瓶进行强度分析,验证钢瓶各参数的正确性。
Seamless steel cylinder for vehicle-use compressed natural gas is used as the container of automobile fuel,which is indispensable for the clean energy type cars.Its manufacturing promotes the development of nataral gas fuel instead of oil fuel.Based on the pressure face analysis and design calculation of CNG20-80-279A seamless steel gas cylinder,the body and bottom center thickness of the cylinder and its body length can be determined.The cylinder's strength is analyzed by using the software of ANSYS,to verify the correctness of the cylinder's parameters.
