大钩是钻井作业中必不可少的起重设备,它的安全运行至关重要。设计中将大钩的实际高度转换为编码器的计数再输入到PLC中,通过PLC的控制作用,使系统作出相应的动作,实现大钩运行在安全范围内,再采用WinCC flexible组态软件组态以及仿真。

Hook is a lifting equipment of well drilling,and its safety operation is very important.This paper,changes the actual height of the hook in to the encoder count code to be imputed into PLC.Under the control of PLC,the system is made do the appropriate action and the hook is operated in the safe height.And WinCC flexible is used to do the configuration and simulation of the system.
