摘要
GDX1包装机原有的封签涂胶轮是圆形的,涂胶后形成了两条与封签长度等长的胶线,容易在烟包表面产生胶垢污点。将涂胶轮改成扇形,对封签涂胶装置的其他部件做相应改进,使封签涂胶后两端都留出了约2 mm的无胶液空间,克服了封签两端胶液溢出的现象,使烟包表面胶垢污点的投诉频率从改造前的2～3次/年下降为0次/年。
The security seal gluer roller of GDX1 is round-shaped.After the roller runs,two parallel glue lines,just with the equal length of the security seal are formed,but they easily bring dirt and spots onto the surface of packets.Now the security seal gluer roller is changed to be fan-shaped and the other parts of the gluer equipment are improved accordingly.When the roller runs,about 2mm strip ends on the edge of the security seal are not glued.Therefore the glue is not spilt on the security seal ends,and the frequency of quality complaint resulting from dirt and spots onto the surface of packets is lowered to 0 per year.
