封闭槽是数控铣削中常见的加工类型,阐述了利用FANUC数控系统宏程序开发出加工任意长度、半径、角度与深度的封闭槽循环指令。该指令用于实际生产中,能简化封闭槽加工程序,减少编程工作量,提高了生产效率。

Closed groove is a type common form in NC milling machining.This paper uses FANUC CNC system macro program to develop the instructions for cyclically processing any length,radius,angle and depth of the closure slot.The instructions can be used in actual production to simplify the closed slot processing procedure,reduce the programming workload and improve the production efficiency.
