摘要
光伏电池的数学模型分为原理模型和工程模型;基于SIMULINK仿真工具建立了两类数学模型的仿真模型,合理地选择参数,得出了光伏电池在不同工作环境下的输出特性曲线。分析比较了两类光伏电池模型特性曲线,仿真结果表明原理模型更精确,但未知参数较多,实用性较差;而工程模型参数少,精确度不高,实用性好。对工程模型精确度不高的原因进行了分析,研究了工程模型中修正系数的典型值,对修正系数的典型值进行调整,改善了工程模型输出特性曲线的精确度,提高了工程模型的通用性。
The photovoltaic cell model is divided into principle model and engineering model.This paper constructs the two kinds of models and obtains the output characteristic curves in different operation condition.The both curves are compared and analyzed.The result shows that the principle model is more precise than the engineering model but its practical applicability is not better than the engineering model.This paper also analyzes the less precise cause of the engineering model gives modulation coefficient of photovoltaic cell and puts forward the common modulating method of the coefficient to improve the precision of the output characteristic curve and expand the universality of the engineering model.
