摘要
根据风力机组基础的受力特点,分析了风电机组基础环在极端工况和正常工况下基础环的设计要点,建立了工程力学模型和有限元模型;通过计算数据说明了基础环上下法兰应力随着相关参数的变化规律。研究基础环下法兰与基础混凝土的相互作用,为基础环优化设计提出可行性建议。
According to the foundation load bearing characteristics of wind turbine,this paper analyzes the foundation insert design points under normal and extreme load conditions,builds finite element model and engineering mechanics model,illustrates the upper and lower flanges load bearing variation with the parameters by calculating the data,researches on the interaction relationship between the lower flange and the concrete and offers feasibility recommendation for foundation insert optimum design.
