八一铁人三项队女运动员游泳训练应激损伤评价实验研究

摘要 通过对生化、血液、免疫等指标的实验研究,探讨八一铁人三项队女运动员在800m游泳训练考核后,机体发生的应激损伤情况。对八一铁人三项队9名女运动员,在安静状态、800m游泳考核后2h内、次日晨,分别抽取静脉血10ml,进行生化、血液、免疫等指标的测试,从而对运动员机体的应激损伤情况进行分析。生化指标ALT、AST、BU、CK等在800m游泳考核后升高明显,次日晨基本都能恢复至安静状态水平;血液指标RBC、HB、HCT在三次测试中次日晨最高,800m游泳考核后N升高、L降低,次日晨基本恢复;免疫指标800m游泳考核后CD3、CD4均有所升高,次日晨反而降低,800m游泳考核后CD19升高、CD56降低。八一铁人三项队女运动员,在800m游泳考核后2h内及次日晨,其生化、血液、免疫等部分指标发生变化,这些指标的波动,能对其机体应激损伤的评价,提供辅助与指导意义。 Through biochemical,blood,immune indicators of experimental study in 800 meters swimming training to women's athletes in Triathlon Team of PLA,assess athletes' stress injuries.Methods: Select nine athletes from Triathlon Team of PLA,in a quiet state,within 2 hours after 800 meters swimming examination,the next morning,venous blood was extracted from 10ml,then biochemical,blood,immune indicators were tested,which assess stress injury on the athlete's body to analyze the situation.Results: Biochemical indicators of ALT,AST,BU,and CK increased significantly after 800 meters swimming,which can be restored the next morning to a quiet state.Blood parameters RBC,HB,HCT in the next morning are the highest.N increases,L lower after the 800 meters swimming,the next morning which recovery.Immune indicators CD3,CD4 increase after the 800 meters swimming,but lower the next morning.CD19 increased,CD56 reduced after the 800 meters swimming.Conclusion: After 800 meters swimming and the next morning,women's athletes in Triathlon Team of PLA,their biochemistry,blood,immune changes in some indicators,the volatility of these indicators can damage their body's stress evaluation.These changes can provide assistance and guidance.
