通过对我国自由式滑雪雪上技巧队伍的调查、研究和对比,分析吉林体育学院组建雪上技巧队伍的可行性,重点对人力资源选拔、场地器材建设使用、经费来源投入等方面进行分析,并提出相应对策和建议,以期为吉林体育学院组建新的雪上队伍提供理论依据。

By investigation,research and comparution of our freestyle skling mognls team, the paper analyzed feasibility of Jilin Institute of Physical Education to set moguls teams,emphasis on human resource selection,construction site equipment used to analyze sources of funding,etc.and put forward countermeasures and suggestions with a view to the formation of Jilin Institute of Physical Education and skills of new moguls team in order to provide a theoretical basis.
